Rosemary first joined Meyer Pigdon in March 2004 from Mallesons Stephen Jaques where she was a senior associate practising in commercial litigation. In late 2006 Rosemary moved with her family to Queensland where she continued to practise exclusively in family law. Rosemary rejoined the firm in February 2009 and was appointed as a partner of the firm in July 2010.
Rosemary was admitted to practice in New South Wales in December 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts. Rosemary is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.
Rosemary represents clients in a wide range of family law matters including complex financial matters, drafting financial agreements for both married and de facto couples, parenting matters including those involving relocation and child abduction, spousal maintenance and child support. Rosemary is experienced in the resolution of disputes by mediation, negotiation and, when necessary, litigation.
Rosemary is a member of the New South Wales Law Society, Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and Women Lawyers' Association of New South Wales.
