Linda is a Family Law Accredited Specialist and was appointed as a partner with the firm in July 2010. Linda completed degrees of Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and Bachelor of Laws in 1998. Linda obtained considerable post-graduate experience in international law during placements in Europe and the United States of America in all areas of family law, particularly financial matters, child abduction, relocation and adoptions.

Linda was admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia and Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2001.

Linda is a member of the New South Wales Law Society and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Since her admission in 2001, Linda has practised exclusively in the area of Family Law. Linda has been involved in complex financial matters involving complicated corporate and trust arrangements and overseas asset pools, contravention and enforcement proceedings, parenting matters involving allegations of abuse, international child abduction, relocation of children, spouse maintenance and child support issues. She has successfully represented clients in all areas of family law including de facto relationships.

Linda has extensive experience at all levels of legal practice including dealing with clients face to face, actively pursuing their interests through negotiation and where necessary, litigation. Linda’s experience in the practice of family law combined with her knowledge of court practice and procedure assists clients to achieve a sensible and realistic outcome.

Linda’s experience covers litigation practice in the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia, the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.
