Jayson McCauley completed degrees of Bachelor of Commerce in 1996 and Bachelor of Laws in 1998, at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

From 1998 to 2002 he practised with one of South Africa's foremost family law solicitors, Billy Gundelfinger, providing legal advice to a broad spectrum of clientele including members of Parliament, religious leaders, sporting celebrities and top business leaders.

Jayson joined Meyer Pigdon after immigrating to Sydney in 2002 and specialises in complex property and parenting matters.

He has a great deal of experience in family law, both in South Africa and Australia.  Jayson was appointed as a partner of the firm in 2008.

Jayson is a member of the New South Wales Law Society, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, and the Law Society of the Northern Provinces (South Africa).
