Fees

We ask each client to enter into a retainer agreement about fees.

We do not charge according to any scale set by the Court including the Family Court and the Supreme Court. You can access the Court scale rates through our links.

Each of our lawyers charges a rate to reflect their level of experience. The rates that we charge are clearly set out in our retainer agreement.
